Glacier National Park is Gorgeous!

Glacier National Park is Gorgeous!

Nature, history, and wireless internet can co-exist!  We’ve been in Kalispell, Montana for 4 days now so I have few things to report.

First, it’s very cold here!  Especially for summer.  I’ve been warm only twice, but luckily brought two jackets.  The trade-off however, is this:

Totally worth it!

We took that shot while on a tour aboard one of the 33 remaining historic “Red Jammer” buses.

To give you an idea of how much snow is still around, look at this:

As for critters, some will stop and pose for you.

After the news feature on the Today show about the bears in Glacier National Park, BJ and I were wondering if we would see any bears on our adventures.  You know, do bears hike on the same trails we do?  Do they use hiking gear?  See for yourself!

We have a lot more to do and will be posting more photos of waterfalls, wildlife, and people.  I’ll also give you some restaurant reviews.  (So far, a little place in Kalispell called, “Capers,” is my favorite - but that’s another post!)

We’re seeing a lot of water around beautiful venues like this one.

And the cool temperatures - well, what can I say - they just bring us closer together!

Until next time,

Live Joyfully!
