		<description>Hi, I have spent the last couple hours reading over every question and answer and think I'm going to try this. I do have a question though...I very much enjoy my glass of wine with my husband in the evenings, so my question is this I'm 5'4 and about 160lb the BMR says I need 1805.64 to maintain that weight but to loose weight drop that 500 to 1000 cal.
1) is that the correct intake to loose weight
2)is a glass or 2 of white wine change anything? Such as BMR total or amount of intake? Or even something I haven't mentioned?
My goal is 130 lb over 2 months and I'm hoping for the max amount of weight loose in the shorted time.... Like all of us! Lol
