		<description>Finally found where to comment! I was browsing through the old one and realized too late about the update. But good thing I was able to consume something near the updated calculation.

My height is currently 5'0 weighing somewhere between 126-129 lbs (it varies because of water weight I think) I always drink lots of water because of diet meds I'm taking. I also did the 30 day shred of Jillian just about a day ago for over a month and a few days it made me lose about 11 pounds as I was originally 136 lbs or more but eventually stopped because of muscle pains.

Anyway I am aiming to weigh 92-97 lbs in a month or so,I plan to take 1200 to 1250 cal a day. Is that okay?

Please advice, thanks!!!

Planning to just disregard our weighing scale too because it seems confusing and sometimes disappointing lol.

I saw this site yesterday and it really made sense to me. I have been yoyo dieting for years and getting no where fast. I had always been 120lbs until 10 years ago when weight started to creep on. I'm now 160lbs and I want to get back to 120 again. I started counting my calories today and have had the exact amount I'm supposed to. I endeavour to stick to it and let you know next week how its going, fingers crossed I stay strong.

No wonder America is a fat nation, when you have someone like the cancer society telling people who stand 5' 11" to eat basically 2500-3000 calories to maintain 170 pounds! Ridiculous!!
